February 15 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

- FREE
Education-focused conversation on Donald Trump policy towards Africa, particularly, in relation to the recent lifting of the embargoes on by the United Nations.

This event will explore what the lifting of embargoes mean not just for the tiny country, but also for the ways and methods that nations interact among themselves, including how ideas of national pride, protectionism, isolationism, and development are forged in the modern era.

Our panelists will provide critical responses to the subject of development from a multi-layered background, using both classical and lived examples in localized and globalizing politics of heritage.
